My perception does change with every re-read, yes, but it's more like I observe more of the details. I think because of the way it's written, the first time I read Wuthering Heights, was really 'shaken', it took me so much emotional energy, unlike any other book I've ever read. But now that I've read it so many times, that element of shock has died down so now I notice the finer details, like this time I was noticing that Catherine is pretty lonely. It's not a new information but I just noticed it more this time, things like that.
Also, yes, Convenience Store Woman was definitely a one of a kind type of read, I'm planning to read more of Murata's works

Yes, Wuthering Heights is one I’d like to revisit as well! It is just so rich and you can’t get it all in one read.
