Well done, Joyie. You're doing the best thing to fight phone addiction and attention issues. I am on the phone too much too, but it's easier for me because a) I'm not working, and b) I'm older, LOL. As for sleep, it's vital, all jokes aside. You should guard your sleep like you guard your wealth. It's the key to your well being. I'm happy to say I have that one nailed. 😉😴🛌🏽💤
Ah, yes, recently I had a health scare which has made me realise the importance of taking proper care of your health. I've always had a little trouble sleeping, but when I was young, I didn't have a phone so once I went to bed, whether I was able to fall asleep or not, I didn't have another option other than lying there trying to sleep. But now, if I'm lying awake for five minutes, I feel the urge to check my phone, knowing very well how that ends 🥲

If nothing else, being addicted to the phone has been a real humbling experience. I’ve always had a decent amount of self discipline and was probably a little arrogant about it. I’ve seriously considered giving it up completely but then I haven’t done it. lol. The phone and the news basically used up all my creative time so not good.

You could try leaving the phone in the other room, with the sound off, unless you need it for the alarm.....
